[Projectleiding] [mch2022-orga] shuttles?

Hey,

Taking Orga out of this for a minute.

Had a brief discussion with Bas about this on the field.

Also chatted with someone (I'm afraid I forgot their name and I don't think
their on the wiki, but Stitch knows them personally) from Logistics who has
a truck licence.

My suggestion would be that we get quotes from some local bus companies in
the area to provide a vehicle and driver to run a shuttle service between
Nijkerk and the field during daylight hours.

This is likely to be more expensive, but the liability involved in:
- having essentially random people (volunteers) driving vehicles
- making sure they can legally drive them
- making sure they are insured to drive them
- making sure they are in a fit state to drive
- making sure the vehicles are secure

etc. etc. is quite significant.

It is a risk that is easily mitigated, and it significantly reduces the
amount of organisation to essentially zero.

I am not sure how it works from a budgetary perspective or how people feel
about this.

I am quite busy but I am happy to try to get some quotes, if people think
this is a goer?
