Kirils and yourself communicated about that around February according to our meeting minutes with a form as a result.

As I mentioned on the Content Signal chat a couple of days ago:

We prefer to pay when they have given their talk, to prevent a no show. For people who are really short on cash we need to discuss if we make an exception.
