Hi Aschwin,

Thank you for collecting the promo stuff on NLUUG afterwards ^_^
I'll fetch them from synq this weekend.

About the tickets,
I discussed this briefly in PL and everyone was happy to start paying 
for speaker travel expenses (who you think they are worth it!).

If I remember correctly you have a form and there was some procedure for 
the reimbursement of the speaker, is this correct?


one last note:

I do not favor to send money beforehand to a speaker but I leave this up 
to you to have a final vote in (I cannot foresee how trustworthy speaker 
XYZ is).
