In chronological order:

* the rain was frustrating for people (could have been far worse)

* buildup time was too short

* trucks dropping stuff, roads could not handle it

* more time in buildup would have helped (hard ivm liquicity)

* stuff was planned too time critical

* had jij pizza of penne?

* rijplaten there where not enough

* build up not structured enough

* idea: make lists of 'this should arrive today' and let suppliers that
should not be there wait

* bootstrapping vs planned buildup should maybe be 'spilt'

* closing down roads for safety was a thing "clearer communication
towards municipality"

* camping density was 'low' -> more infra needed that was only partly
used (result of terrain dependent on weather).

* terrain could have had 5000 ppl.

* terrain made it so that people could go to other places than 'where
they did not want to be'.

Followed by discussion of noise / what do we want

* we could have clearer guidelines of 'where is noise' and 'how do we
measure'

* advise on 'where to point your speakers'

* points back to 'what do we want' and 'who decides that'?

* PL does not want to be dictators

* separate discussion on 'what do we want' at start of organization of
the next event?

* what does PL do?

* who is leading the event? leading is not the same dictating

* ifcat = for continuity (make sure there is an event)

* ifcat assigns PL to make this event happen

* observation: it seems like what is happening is driven by 'someone
wants to do a thing'.

* we need to find a better balance between 'what do we want' and 'who
wants to do a thing'

* PL does not enforce what the event looks like but follows what the
community wants

* what if: 'we do a smaller event?' say 100

* question: why do we want an event that is so many people?

* smaller event only provides basic infra

* we have forgotten to say NO (in relation to other things we do, in
relation to 'this doesn't work out, stop it before the event starts'.

* need to find better balance between 'things we need' en 'nice things'

* audio carries over the whole terrain (as opposed to fast network or
'fire')

* limit the amount of money spent on 'nice things'

* party area is the wrong name for 'open podium' or 'place to express in
more stage like way'

* it is hard to have a clear cut between 'things we need' and 'things we
want'

* some teams should be projects.
