From start (in chronological and sort of linked order):

* People and teams should ask themselves more often "What can I do for
you/the other teams?"

* What do we actually want? Discussion on that beforehand seems to be
missing. We should do that next time.

* What do other people/teams do? The knowledge of that seems to be
missing. (Detail: people that have been doing 'this' for longer seem to
have old or different ideas on that).

* Get to know the people you work with (who are you, what drives you,
what 'environment' do you live in?). Quote "I just started doing things
with people I don't know at all".

* Team leads meeting before camp starts? (The notion of 'core orga' was
mentioned.) Objections to this "we only know shortly before camp who is
going to do what".

* Problem: teams do not know what other teams do, so do not know who to
ask what.

* More meetups (physical) are needed to get to know each other. (Jitsi
meetings where 'too structured' or 'too crowded' or 'just stating what
was done'.)

* Suggestion: 'create e-mail addresses for all orga as soon as someone
joins orga in the form 'person at event.org' or 'role at event.org' (or both).

* Communication channels (irc, signal, telegram, jitsi, matrix, e-mail,
teams) limit them! Do we chose 'one' or 'a few'? Fear of missing people
that 'do not want to use this channel'.

* Frustration can be felt, but not traced back to the reason (is
sometimes easy to fix).

* better (formal) onboarding (for new people) (team onboarding?)
