That is a pity, I like the bus!
What are your preferences?
I think a workshop tent special for hardware hacking is charming, but I
liked the openness of the hardware hacking village, they are one of my
examples of the ideal village which brings their own content, and we
loose that if they become part of the 'official' program, so let's look
options.
A pagode is 5x5m (€500), that could not fit even close to 100 people.
In my ideal world we get a stretch tent for them, but I have no idea
for cost and availability yet. (7.5mx10m should fit 50 people, the
stretchtent we currently rent are non-linear in price, 7.5x20(€4455)
and 10x20 (€3330). It might make sense to ask what smaller tents cost,
and depend the size on the costs.
Is there budget from the HHA? Is there a insight of costs for the
options?
Kind regards,
Christel/Boekenwuurm
