If you travel from Morocco, you won't need an invitation letter to 
travel to the Netherlands.
You can request a Schengen visa: 
https://www.netherlandsworldwide.nl/visa-the-netherlands/schengen-visa/apply-morocco
and choose "conference" or "tourist" as the type of visa.

A conference ticket and travel ticket is needed before you apply.
If you order a conference ticket and a visa is not approved, we will 
reverse the transaction.
