Hi Luc,

Great questions!
But could you use the PL contact of your team for this, next time?
(S)he should know all the details or bring it to the overall PL meeting 
and keeps the communication channelized.

Yes, we will arrange something the first and last few days of 
buildup/teardown.
Won't be very sophisticated, but it'll feed you :).

All volunteers (and contractors) get fed by us :)

You, the team-lead will get a wristbands on the field for the amount you 
like to receive (will be asked).
If half-way the event you think somebody extra deserves a wristband, 
please ask somebody from PL (more useful, come to our office).


> When can visitors enter the terrain?
If it's solely a visitor, then the regular dates.
I think 7 august is ok, but I haven't seen any posting about this yet.
