[Projectleiding] build-up/tear-down phase questions

Hi PL,

some questions, maybe they can be answered at the next orga jitsi

1. I guess there will be food for the volunteers during buildup/tear-down?
 (as of which day?)
   Concrete:  I'll be on-site for the radio-network on 31/7, but I'll bring
a volunteer/co-driver
   with me, who can help with other things on the terrain.
   I guess food can be forseen for him also?
   What's the policy for bringing volunteers during build-up/tear down?

2. What is the policy for the food wristbands?  Will people who are helping
the complete week during buildup
   receive a food wristband for the complete event? I'm asking this
question because last time I worked
   the complete event for the radioteam, and I almost had to beg for food
tickets, while others had a food wristband
   (because they where on-site during the build-up) and did absolutely
nothing during the event itself.

3. When can visitors enter the terrain?   (I bought tickets for my partner,
the children and grandson)
   They would like to be on the terrain on the 7 of August in the evening.
