[Projectleiding] Expenses for speakers

Hi,

I talked to Henry yesterday and agreed to send an email to Projectleiding.

We have a budget for speakers and so far have indicated to speakers not to buy their tickets yet but that needs to change otherwise the tickets will increase in price more and more.

So we need a go to indicate to speakers that they can buy a ticket for a maximum amount that is agreed upon by team Content.

Okay to go from do not buy yet to start buying a ticket?
