[Projectleiding] Vaccine-dependent ticket reservations

Hi,

Just saw a really good and important question on Twitter. There are
people (including myself), who will want to go to MCH only if we can get
vaccinated in time.

This may apply to people with underlying medical conditions, but also to
healthy persons who are very careful for whatever other reasons.

Can we have a policy for refunding individual tickets, or alternatively,
for reserving a spot so that we can wait to buy the ticket without
risking that there are no tickets left by the time we can get
vaccinated?
