I'd like to discuss the possibility of you joining the cohesion team with the team first, if that's okay. At the moment, we're all quite busy and focused on improving our processes. Would you mind waiting a little longer?
Joining the cohesion team (sometimes referred to as the conduct team) is typically by invitation only. However, if someone is particularly eager or enthusiastic about contributing—like you, for example—it's always worth exploring the possibilities.
