Hi team leads, 

Although the event hasn't started yet, I'd already like to invite you to the WHY2025 evaluation. Please mark Saturday, September 20th, 2025 in your calendar. 

The goal of this evaluation is to identify which parts of the process didn’t go as planned or could be improved, and to gather all that knowledge for the next event. Whether it’s the same people organizing it or someone else, this will help pass on the lessons we’ve learned. In preparation for the evaluation, I'd recommend starting to make notes already. Think of anything that didn’t go as planned, could be improved, or might be worth reflecting on. Please check this with your team as well. Once the event is over, it's easy to forget the smaller details, so writing them down while they’re still fresh can really help.

To keep the meeting focused and effective, we're inviting only team leads. If you’re unable to attend, please one of your team members to join on your behalf or share your evaluation points with us beforehand.
