Hi Lukas,

Thank you for sharing your concern. Please note this list is public accessible and therefore we won't go into personal details.

A whole chain of actions has alreeady been taken, with many person-days of effort already so far. We have received complaints originating from Team:Badge and as a result team:Cohesion has conducted interviews to advise projectleiding in what happened and how to proceed (I think Team:Cohesion also spoke to you). The final report was given to us last Wednesday, and we spoke extensively about this matter in the project lead team and in the board.

Today a set of formal measures were finalised and shared with the relevant person.
