[Projectleiding] Roles document

Hi All,

I will put the document online later today! So please make sure all changes
are there what you wanted to apply.
After that, I will ask some wiki-mage to create the template for the
vacancies so we can start to put them online.
(After reviewing the the sheets from the kick of I see some really empty
papers which are not critical yet) but it would be good to have them as
vacancies.
