Hi All,

I was stalking to Straw about the upcoming BBQ and the meeting at our place
last time. One of the things that came up during this meeting where the
minutes (notulen) and what would be an easy way to do this. So here are my
2 cents on something I used in the past and really liked. Feel free to do
what you want with it, I'm not saying anyone has to use it ;-).

In the past I've use a LaTeX minutes class (notulen class) from my study
association (see
https://www.a-eskwadraat.nl/Vereniging/Commissies/hektex/packages). This
package has nice commands for points of action (Actiepunten) in the minutes
and the option to make a list of all points per person in the document.
More nice features are listen in the manual. It's all in Dutch at the
moment, but you should be able to easily change the class to English.

We also enjoyed LaTeX as the pdf's are usable on almost any device. The
sources (.tex files) can be easily stored in a persistent way so you can
build a nice archive of minutes and create backups.

If you have any questions let me know.

Cheers,

Electrowolf//Alexander
