Hello Hello,

We have received a lovely email from Mitch Altman about the
Hardware Hacking Village. One of the busses that would host this
village is not coming so he is now looking for alternatives.

For context I quote from the e-mail from Mitch:
> Is there any chance at this late date to arrange for a tent
for the Hardware Hacking Area? The big Belgian bus could hold
100+ attendees for soldering.
> But any tent would do for us, at this point. As always, we
are happy to include other workshops from the WHY CfP.
> Or, if there is a general workshop tent for WHY, maybe our
workshops could be added there?
> A long while back I submitted several workshop proposals to
the WHY CfP. I can get others to do so to, if that is helpful.
> I can bring 100+ soldering tool setups.
> We probably won't be able to bring all of our tables and
chairs. I think we can bring our AC power distribution.
> If we get a tent big enough for 100 soldering irons, we will
need the following:
> * tables, chairs
> * big display monitor
> * mic/amp/speaker
> * ~ 13KW of power
> Any ideas of how we can make a Hardware Hacking Area Village
happen at WHY?

I had a quick discussion with Chantal about options and we came up
with two:

Reserve some Pagode tents for this and accompanying tables and
chairs. This has of course a cost so we would have to see how we
can cover that.

Use one of the workshop tents as a dedicated Hardware Hacking
setup. This has to be discussed internally in Team:Content(and
possibly together with PL)

So this email is to discuss what the final option would look
like. Would love to get your input on this.

@Chantal: if I forgot anything please add to this :)

Kind regards,
Marijn/IcyPalm on behalf of Team:Villages
