[Projectleiding] Moebelhaus reachability

The Zammad ticket queue for friends tickets was broken last week. Not sure
if Moebelhaus uses that system too, but if so might be worth it to check
with team Sysadmin if emails are not reaching the team.

Looping in Xesxen from team Sysadmin for speed.
