[Projectleiding] Finalize procurement requirements

Hi Elger,

Ik heb hier nog niets mee gedaan. Eigenlijk begrijp ik niet zo goed waar het vandaan komt namelijk. Alle uitgaves gaan hoe dan ook via ons en ik weet ook niet wat de wiki pagina toevoegt? Maar in ieder geval mag het er staan op deze manier.
